Intake & inspection
We check geometry, cracks and hidden defects. Condition is documented.

Sandblasting
Old paint and corrosion stripped down to clean metal.

Straightening / welding
Geometry restored after potholes, cracks TIG-welded.

Primer + enamel
Phosphating, primer and powder enamel in your chosen color.

About painting and restoration
The per-wheel price depends on diameter: from 900 MDL (R13–R15) to 1,500 MDL (R19–R20). A set of 4 gets a 10% discount. The exact total comes after assessment — by phone or from photos.
Powder enamel is baked at 200 °C and forms a far tougher layer: it withstands gravel, road salt and pressure washes better than classic acrylic enamel.
Yes: we straighten geometry on a bench (from 700 MDL) and TIG-weld cracks (from 900 MDL) where the repair is safe. If a wheel can't be saved, we say so at intake.
A set of 4 wheels is usually ready in 1–2 days. The finish carries a 12-month warranty; you also get care recommendations at pickup.
Not necessarily: bring bare wheels or the whole car — we remove and refit them ourselves, and if needed the mobile crew picks up and returns your wheels to your address.
